Walk the floor

Three rooms every device passes through

Filmed on our own factory-visit walkthrough — the lab that measures the light, the line that builds the boards, and the room that runs each finished unit until it proves itself.

3 specialist labs

Optical benches measure lamp output and age IPL tubes on test. Next door, electronics proves every board and cable on variable-frequency supply, and reliability runs finished units through temperature, humidity and transport-shock chambers.

2M placements a day

Dual-rail PCBA lines place components down to 01005 and 0201 — small enough for medical-grade boards — and every run passes automated optical inspection before it leaves the line.

300 flashes per unit

Every finished device is aged, not a sample. Racks of 48 channels run each unit through 300 uninterrupted flashes under simulated real-world use and hold it until temperature rise settles — which is where roughly 2% carrying a latent defect give themselves away.
