Buying for resale
If your market already has an appointed distributor, we will introduce you to them — they will serve you faster than we can from China, and they hold the certification paperwork for your territory. If it does not, we would like to talk to you about holding it.
What an appointment involves
An appointed distributor commits to a volume, holds stock, and provides first-line after-sales in market. In return they get territory protection, marketing assets, the certification dossier for their market, and pricing that reflects the volume.
Certification by market
MLAY holds the approvals that matter in the markets it sells to: FDA for the United States, CE and EU MDR for Europe, NMPA for China, TGA for Australia, SFDA for Saudi Arabia, PSE for Japan, Inmetro for Brazil, MDL for Canada and MDSAP across the audit programme.
